Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date ( Delivered Date ) for a refund less original shipping charges, and any restocking/handling fee if applicable. A return authorization number is required for all returns. If your order has shipped under a free shipping offer actual shipping charges incurred by LivEcoFriendly will be deducted from your credit. If there is a promotion code, please use the promotion code to make the process easier. LivEcoFriendly will not refund original shipping charges. Any wholesale, resale, trade or volume orders over $1000 in value or more than 10 items are not eligible for return and are covered under the manufacturers warranty policy if applicable.
Any damages incurred through shipping must be reported immediately, within 24 hours of receipt. Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact LivEcoFriendly.com as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
Personal products, all clothing, consumable goods and also shower, water and air filters (once used), unless defective, cannot be returned. Clothes can be tried on, but returns will not be accepted if soiled or washed. incur a 25% restocking fee. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all shoes returned unless received defective or damaged. Customer will have to pay the return shipping costs until the merchandise is claimed and approved that it was defective or damaged. Usually takes no more than 48 hours from the time the item is received.

If you return an item, it will be inspected if for any reason that it is not in resale condition we will not process the return.
